Papildināts kompensējamo zāļu skaits
01.07.2016No šodienas vairākiem valsts kompensējamo zāļu sarakstā iekļautajiem medikamentiem ir samazināta cena no 2% līdz 38%, kas ļaus zāles saņemt lielākam skaitam pacientu, informē Nacionālā veselības dienesta (NVD) pārstāve Evija Štālberga.
Valsts kompensējamo zāļu saraksts ir papildināts ar 24 medikamentiem un 12 medicīniskajām ierīcēm. Tas palielina izvēles iespējas ārstiem un pacientiem, nozīmējot zāļu terapiju.

Kompensējamo zāļu sarakstā ir iekļautas jaunas zāles pacientiem ar stenokardiju un pacientiem pēc sirds transplantācijas operācijas. Sarakstā iekļauta arīdzan jauna zāļu kombinācija glaukomas pacientiem, kuri nepanes zāļu terapiju ar konservantus saturošām zālēm. Pacientiem ar šizofrēnijas spektra diagnozēm paplašinātas zāļu terapijas izvēles iespējas un zāļu pieejamība.
Par nepieciešamo zāļu izvēli un izrakstīšanu pacientiem ir jākonsultējas ar ārstējošo ārstu.
NVD atgādina, ka 50%, 75% vai 100% apmērā atkarībā no kompensācijas apmēra konkrētai diagnozei valsts kompensē lētākās zāles ar līdzvērtīgu efektivitāti. Ja pacientam ir izvēlētas dārgākas zāles, starpība starp lētākajām un dārgākām zālēm ir jāsedz pacientam pašam. Tāpēc pacienti aicināti pārrunāt ar ārstu un farmaceitu lētāku zāļu lietošanas iespēju.
Kopumā valsts kompensējamo zāļu sarakstā no šodienas ir 1606 medikamenti un 205 medicīniskās ierīces.
