Izraēla nosoda ANO veikto izmeklēšanu par "genocīdu" Gazas joslā
17.09.2025 Izraēla otrdien paziņoja, ka tā kategoriski noraida ANO izmeklētāju veikto izmeklēšanu, kurā konstatēts, ka Izraēla kopš 2023.gada oktobra Gazas joslā īsteno "genocīdu"."Izraēla kategoriski noraida šo sagrozīto un nepatieso ziņojumu un aicina nekavējoties likvidēt šo izmeklēšanas komisiju," teikts Ārlietu ministrijas paziņojumā.
ANO Neatkarīgā starptautiskā izmeklēšanas komisija, kas nerunā pasaules organizācijas vārdā, konstatēja, ka "Gazā notiek un turpina notikt genocīds", aģentūrai AFP paziņoja komisijas vadītāja Navi Pileja.
Izraēlas Ārlietu ministrija apsūdzēja ziņojuma autorus, ka viņi "kalpo kā "Hamās" pilnvarotie", norādot, ka viņi ir "bēdīgi slaveni ar savu atklāti antisemītisko nostāju".
"Ziņojums pilnībā balstās uz "Hamās" meliem, ko citi ir pielabojuši un atkārtojuši," tā piebilda.
Izraēla Gazas joslā īsteno palestīniešu genocīdu, teikt otrdien izplatītajā ANO Cilvēktiesību padomes neatkarīgās izmeklēšanas komisijas ziņojumā.
No piecām genocīda darbībām, kas uzskaitītas 1948.gada ANO Konvencijā par genocīda nepieļaujamību un sodīšanu par to, veiktas četras darbības, norāda komisija, kurā darbojas trīs locekļi.
Komisija min sekojošas darbības - nogalināšana, smagu miesas bojājumu vai garīga kaitējuma nodarīšana, apzināta dzīves apstākļu radīšana, lai pilnībā vai daļēji iznīcinātu palestīniešu iedzīvotājus, un pasākumi, kuru mērķis ir novērst bērnu dzimšanu.
72 lappušu garajā ziņojumā norādīts, ka netieši pierādījumi, kas saistīti ar Izraēlas politisko un militāro iestāžu rīcību, liecina par "specifisku nodomu veikt genocīdu".
Izraēla neatzīst ANO Cilvēktiesību padomes autoritāti, kā arī apsūdz padomi un padomes komisijas, ka tās ir principiāli neobjektīvas pret Izraēlu.
Cilvēktiesību padomi veido 47 valstis, no kurām katru ievēlē ANO Ģenerālā asambleja uz trim gadiem.
Komisijas secinājumi attiecas uz notikumiem kopš "Hamās" kaujinieku uzbrukuma Izraēlas dienvidiem 2023.gada 7.oktobrī.
Eksperti norāda, ka Izraēla nogalina civiliedzīvotājus, bloķē humānās palīdzības sniegšanu, sistemātiski iznīcina veselības un izglītības iestādes un uzbrūk reliģiskām vietām.
Izraēla atkārtoti uzsvērusi, ka tās kampaņa Gazas joslā ir vērsta pret "Hamās", nevis pret civiliedzīvotājiem.
Tā norāda, ka "Hamās" izmanto civiliedzīvotājus kā "dzīvos vairogus".
Izraēla uzskata, ka karš varētu beigties nekavējoties, ja "Hamās" atbrīvotu atlikušos 48 ķīlniekus un noliktu ieročus.
Komisiju, kas izveidota 2021.gadā, lai izskatītu iespējamos starptautisko tiesību pārkāpumus okupētajās palestīniešu teritorijās un Izraēlā, vada Pileja.
Bijusī Starptautiskās Krimināltiesas tiesnese un bijusī ANO augstā cilvēktiesību komisāre Pileja veselības apsvērumu dēļ iesniegusi atlūgumu, kas stāsies spēkā novembrī.
