Mamikins izsludināts starptautiskajā meklēšanā
16.07.2024 Ģenerālprokuratūras Starptautiskās sadarbības nodaļā jūnija beigās izdevusi Eiropas apcietinājuma lēmumu pret bijušo Eiropas Parlamenta (EP) deputātu no Latvijas Andreju Mamikinu, kurš apsūdzēts par agresorvalsts veikto kara noziegumu Ukrainā slavināšanu un attaisnošanu.Lēmums nosūtīts Valsts policijai Starptautiskās sadarbības pārvaldei ievietošanai starptautiskās sadarbības informācijas sistēmās.
Ņemot vērā, ka Mamikins nav sasniedzams, viņa krimināllieta patlaban ir apturēta.
Mamikins gan joprojām ir aktīvs sociālajos tīklos. Nedēļas nogalē viņš ievietojis fotogrāfijas ar saulrietiem un apgalvojis, ka "pāris dienas paspējis apciemot savu mīļo Latviju." Nekādas liecības par šī apgalvojuma patiesumu viņš nav publicējis.
Valsts drošības dienestā (VDD) aģentūrai LETA atzina, ka dienests pēc Mamikina ieraksta veicis informācijas pārbaudi un konstatējis, ka viņš nav ieceļojis Latvijā. VDD vērtējumā Mamikins šādu ierakstu publicējis provokatīvos nolūkos.
Jau ziņots, ka prokuratūra jūnija otrajā pusē nolēma sākt kriminālvajāšanu pret uz Krieviju aizbēgušo Mamikinu.
Kriminālprocesu pret viņu Valsts drošības dienests (VDD) sāka 2023.gada 29.septembrī saskaņā ar Krimināllikuma 74.1 pantu par genocīda, nozieguma pret cilvēci, nozieguma pret mieru un kara nozieguma attaisnošanu, izvērtējot Mamikina izteikumus vairāku Kremlim lojālu Krievijas televīzijas kanālu raidījumos, kā arī sociālās tīklošanās vietnēs.
Krievijas televīzijas kanāla "Rossija 1" aizvadītā gada 21.septembra radījumā "Vakars ar Vladimiru Solovjovu" Mamikins pauda, ka Krievija "veic varenu, svētu darbu Ukrainā".
Krimināllikumā par šādu noziedzīgu nodarījumu paredzētais bargākais sods ir brīvības atņemšana uz laiku līdz pieciem gadiem.
Bijušais politiķis un prokremliskais aktīvists Mamikins aizbēga uz Krieviju un Kremļa propagandas medijiem paziņoja, ka tā darījis, lai viņa "dēliem nav jāpiedalās geju parādēs".
Saeimas 2022.gada aprīlī pieņemtie grozījumi Pilsonības likumā paredz Latvijas pilsonības atņemšanu personai, kura sniegusi būtisku finansiālu, materiālu, propagandisku, tehnoloģisku vai cita veida atbalstu valstīm vai personām, kuras ir veikušas darbības, tai skaitā genocīdu, noziegumu pret mieru, noziegumu pret cilvēci, kara noziegumu, kas grauj vai apdraud demokrātisku valstu teritoriālo integritāti, suverenitāti un neatkarību vai konstitucionālo iekārtu, vai arī ja persona pati ir piedalījusies šādu darbību veikšanā un Latvijas pilsonības atņemšanas gadījumā šī persona nekļūst par bezvalstnieku.
Mamikins dzimis 1976.gadā, Latvijas Universitātē ieguvis maģistra grādu filoloģijā un vairākus gadus nostrādājis žurnālistikā.
2014.gadā viņš kandidēja EP vēlēšanās no sociāldemokrātiskās partijas "Saskaņa" saraksta un tika ievēlēts. Savukārt 2018.gadā Saeimas vēlēšanās viņš kandidēja jau no Latvijas Krievu savienības saraksta, bet parlamentā neiekļuva.
2021.gadā Mamikins sāka darbu Valsts darba inspekcijā kā stratēģiskās komunikācijas vadītājs, tomēr pārbaudes laikā darbs tika uzteikts.
