Ģimene, kurā vecākais brālis izvaroja māsu, vērsās pēc palīdzības
19.02.2025 Latgalē drīzumā tiks tiesāts 22 gadus vecs vīrietis par to, ka ilgākā laika posmā izmantojis savu 13 gadus veco māsu, kurai iestājusies grūtniecība. Lai aizsargātu kriminālprocesā iesaistīto personu datus, šobrīd plašāka informācija sniegta netiek, bet cietušajai meitenei un viņas ģimenei tiek sniegta daudzpusīga speciālistu palīdzība.Ģimene, kurā aug divi bērni – 13 gadus veca meitene un 22 gadus vecs dēls –, iespējams, dzīvo Daugavpilī vai tās apkaimē. Par to var liecināt fakts, ka ar šo ģimeni strādā Daugavpils Sociālais dienests.
"Meitenes vecāki, apzinoties savu pienākumu sadarboties ar Sociālo dienestu un izmantot piedāvātās ģimenes atbalsta un palīdzības programmas, ja ir konstatēta vardarbība vai citi bērnu tiesību pārkāpumi bērna aprūpē, vērsās dienestā pēc profesionālas palīdzības," pastāstīja Daugavpils valstspilsētas pašvaldības Sociālā dienesta vadītāja Marina Gerasimova. Un tad nekavējoties tika iesaistītas arī citas iestādes, tajā skaitā tiesībsargājošās.
Dienvidlatgales prokuratūras virsprokurora pienākumu izpildītāja Nadežda Grebeņuka pastāstīja, ka vīrietis izmantojis 16 gadu vecumu nesasniegušo māsu laikā, kad pārējie ģimenes locekļi nebija mājās. Izmantojot meitenes uzticību viņam kā vecākajam brālim, vīrietis laika periodā no 2023. gada oktobra līdz 2024. gada martam vairākkārtīgi viņu izvaroja.
Konstatējot, ka meitenei iestājusies grūtniecība, tika piesaistīti dažādu jomu speciālisti.
"Mazi bērni par seksuālās vardarbības faktu visbiežāk nestāstīs, jo viņi neizprot, kas ar viņiem notiek," norādīja Pusaudžu resursu centra Rēzeknes filiāles vadītāja Gunta Ivanova.
Eksperti arī norāda, ka šobrīd grūti ir visiem šajā ģimenē.
"Ja ir bijušas arī labas attiecības ar to ģimenes locekli, tad tas pāridarījums ienes divējādas emocijas. Arī dusmas un vēlēšanos, lai cilvēks saņem sodu, un tajā pašā laikā – lai nesaņem sodu," komentēja bērnu aizsardzības centra "Bērna māja" sociālā darbiniece Aija Medne.
Krimināllieta nodota Latgales rajona tiesā, un iztiesāšana sāksies februāra beigās. Apsūdzētajam brālim piemērots ar brīvības atņemšanu nesaistīts drošības līdzeklis – viņš nav apcietināts.
Ņemot vērā īpaši aizsargājamas cietušās personas intereses, plašākus komentārus par lietas būtību tiesa nesniedza.
Pret brāli celta apsūdzība par izvarošanu, ja tā izraisījusi smagas sekas, vai par tādas personas izvarošanu, kura nav sasniegusi 16 gadu vecumu. Par šādu noziedzīgu nodarījumu soda ar mūža ieslodzījumu vai brīvības atņemšanu uz laiku no desmit līdz divdesmit gadiem un ar probācijas uzraudzību uz laiku līdz pieciem gadiem.
