Rekreācijas centru atkal mēģinās iznomāt
05.11.2024 Rēzeknes valstspilsētas pašvaldībā (Atbrīvošanas alejā 93, Rēzeknē, 206. telpā) 2024. gada 22. novembrī plkst. 11.00 notiks pašvaldībai piederoša nekustamā īpašuma Brīvības ielā 23A, Rēzekne, kas sastāv no zemes vienības 0,2526 ha platībā un Rekreācijas centra ēkas kopējā platībā 3225 m², nomas tiesību mutiskā izsole.Rēzeknes valstspilsētas pašvaldība realizēja projektu “Rēzeknes rekreācijas centra izveide tūrisma attīstībai”. Projekta ietvaros ir uzbūvēts Rēzeknes rekreācijas centrs, kas atrodas uz zemesgabala Brīvības ielā 23A, Rēzeknē. Rekreācijas centra ēkas kopējā platība 3225 m², tai skaitā ārtelpu platība terasei 149 m².
Dalības maksa – 500,00 eiro, drošības nauda – 500,00 eiro.
Izsoles nomas maksas sākumcena – 3720,00 eiro/mēnesī bez PVN.
Izsoles solis – 100 eiro.
Līguma termiņš – 30 gadi.
Nomas tiesību īpašie nosacījumi:
- veikt nefinanšu investīcijas savos nemateriālajos ieguldījumos un pamatlīdzekļos ne mazāk kā 500 000 eiro;
- radīt ne mazāk kā 15 jaunas darbavietas.
Izsoles pieteikumus var iesniegt līdz 2024. gada 20. novembrim (slēgtā aploksnē) klātienē Rēzeknes valstspilsētas pašvaldībā, Atbrīvošanas alejā 93, Rēzeknē, 203. kabinetā no plkst. 9.00 līdz 12.00 un no 13.00 līdz 16.30 vai nosūtot elektroniski uz e-pasta adresi [email protected].

Ēkas būvniecības izmaksas ir 6,9 miljoni eiro. Būvdarbi projektā "Rēzeknes rekreācijas centra izveide tūrisma izveidei" īstenoti ar Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda līdzfinansējumu 5,03 miljoni eiro.
